Magnetic powders
Colored (gray, black, red) MAGNAFLUX magnetic dry powders consist of carefully selected the size of magnetic particles having a maximum fault detection properties; can be used for the control elements at temperatures up to about 3000C. Zapewniaj dobry kontrast na różnych podłożach. W przypadku słabego kontrastu można przed badaniem nałożyć cienką warstwę farby kontrastowej, podkładowej białej o symbolu WCPWCP-2. Zastosowanie: odlewy, odkuwki, spoiny o wysokiej temperaturze.

Magnetic suspension
MAGNAFLUX and MAGNAGLO magnetic suspensions contain magnetic particles suspended in a liquid carrier. Used fine particles of ferromagnetic material have a small remnant magnetic focusing counteract each other and high magnetic penetration. These parameters allow for high sensitivity detection of defects. They are produced dry or liquid concentrates for media distribution in oil or water and the finished slurry with the carrier oil and the slurry prepared in aerosol containers. Suspensions in aerosol containers have the highest efficiency.
